Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Our products are only available for shipping domestically in the US market. We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Please expect it to arrive within 5-8 business days after order processing. Please note, if you ordered several products, you may receive your order in separate shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@flairandenigma.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
