Artist Statement

My work explores the dialogue between environment, identity, and personal evolution. Based in Newport Beach, California, I capture sensory moments from meaningful places—from the coastal rhythms of home to personal encounters elsewhere—and translate them into expressive fashion art. Every piece centers on stylized fashion faces and figures adorned with quirky attire, lettering, and accessory mementos that serve as visual souvenirs of lived experience.

Grounded in hand-drawn pencil blueprints, my practice bridges traditional and digital mediums, melding the expressive energy of pop art and post-impressionism with tactile, painterly textures. My current work is expanding into a quirky, rugged romanticism—balancing raw, weathered charm with elegant, whimsical silhouettes. Beneath the playful surface of my figures lies an enduring intention: mind expansion and everyday self-betterment. By infusing each portrait with notions of bravery, serenity, and freedom, I invite the viewer to look beyond the garment and engage in a continuous practice of inner growth and curiosity.
